Out of stock and unorganized

I booked online at Irene because they were the only one showing Insurgent as a normal movie and not as 3D. I arrived 40 mins before my movie started. Upon arrival no one explained how the new pre-order, pay and collect worked and there were long ques.Eventually after 35 mins i arrived to the front.I started with my order, still with no help. Other people came to do an order and the person working there started helping them, still ignoring me.By this time i was late for my movie.My order was 2 Slush puppies, 1 popcorn,1 caramel popcorn and 1 box astros.When i went to collect my order they had no stock but popcorn,skittles and soda.I was forced to changed to colddrinks and whispers,where i was then told they also had no whispers.still no solution for something i had paid for like caramel popcorn.Due to bad management i was very late for my movie and demanded my money back. The manager said he cant because i didnt pay cash and that i could use ticket somewhere else. The only problem is that now instead of my movie costing me R126 it will now cost me R160 because im forced to watch it in 3D. Im hoping that i will be able to use my ticket somewhere else as i was told. NO apology given
