Hi there,<br> <br> My fiance was pick pocketed during the festive season and had to have all cards replaced. When getting replacement cards for his smart shopper, bank card, drivers license, none of them gave him a hard time and charged for the new cards.<br> <br> Yesterday, we went to the movies and wanted to get our replacement cards, as both his and mine was in his wallet.<br> <br> We explained our situation, even had an affidavit to show he was ******, but still had to pay the fee of R84 which is almost the price of 2 movie tickets.<br> <br> We did that, because we wanted to watch a movie with our free movies which we had on our cards, we were then informed that we had lesser points that what we should have had which is ridiculous... we go to the movies ALOT and always purchasing combo's.<br> <br> To top it all off, we were also informed that we still need to watch 9 movies before we can get our VIP cards!!!!! <br> We have watched 13 and that was all in the correct duration which means we only needed to watch 2 more to make the 15!!!<br> <br> WE love going to the movies, but at this rate, this is just pathetic. We are loyal movie watchers and dont mind paying the high movie prices, but this is the last straw!<br>
