Out of cooldrinks /slow clean up crew

Good day<br> <br> I had booked to watch the Fast and Furious at 8pm on 6th April 2015. After waiting in the line for about 20mins just to get popcorn and coke, I was told that there was no cooldrinks and that only water and (warm) liqui fruit was available. Surely management should have a planned for these shortages. Also, people were left queuing for the movie to begin due to the slow cleanup crew - missing out on trailers which I enjoy and, is part of the experience. The whole experience reflects very poorly and management at the Greenstone branch.This is not the first time I have experience poor service at the Greenstone branch and I advise Ster-Kinekor not to sanction this poor customer service. I was left totally unsatisfied and unimpressed by the service I received yesterday.
