Ordering lines too long causing me to miss movie

Good All,<br> <br> We recently booked at the Sterkinekor Gateway cinema to watch the Batman vs Superman movie. On arrival at the ordering food section there were very long lines. There was a big confusion with no one assisting us to confirm the new system of ordering and picking up of food. We waited over half hour in one line to order and pay for stuff then followed another line to pick up the food. This other line was extremely longer and very frustrating so i sent our firends and family in to get their seats. We waited another 40minutes in line until we came to the pick up counter. The attendants who we issued our paid order receipts too seemed very confused like they were new staff or something. We had to practically read out our orders to help speed up the process. By the time we were done the movie had already started and we missed 15 minutes of the movie.<br> <br> This is very poor customer service from Sterkinekor. This disappointment will make me re-think my next visit to a Sterkinekor cinema.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Mr S Barath
