Opening late, no stock

Went to Bedfordview movie house for the 09:00 show. At 09:00 they decided to open the doors, movie had started already. Went to buy drinks etc. The people were nowhere ready, the popcorn was from the previous day and they had no sugar free drinks. I told them I am diabetic and cannot drink coke etc, I was told to drink water! After they had finished faffing around it was 09:20. The movie house hadn't even been cleaned from the night before, we first had to move the old tissues, cold drink containers, popcorn etc before we could sit down.<br> then we had to ask them to switch the aircons on as it was too stuffy in there.<br> <br> This is really poor service, its not a cheap experience to go to the movies and then one has to put up with this couldn't care less service.
