Online Booking using Vitality Cards

In April 2015 we joined Ster Kinekor Vitality benefit, we tried to book movies online afterwards and our sons' cards came up with an error that they are too young to watch the movie that we were trying to book for. Our son's are 13 and 15 yrs old respectively and the movie that we tried to book had an age restriction of 13. We contacted Discovery who apologised and issued us with a voucher each and \sorted"the matter. a few weeks later the same problem"
