Online booking for disabled is still a mess.

Months back I complained about this problem through HelloPeter, was assured by Kinekor that the matter would be investigated and resolved, but it now seems even worse than it was before. I have just booked a wheel-chair position, and the seat alongside at Cinema Noveau using the Ipad app, and paid. I then discovered that inaccessible seats in the B-row had been allocated, despite the ones requested as being shown on the seat plan as available. I drove immediately to the Cinema and was told that they could (would?) not help, but that I should phone ticket-Line. This I did, only to be told that nothing could be done to correct the error. When I requested to speak to someone in charge, the line was then left unanswered, and I ultimately gave up waiting. Whether this is indifference or incompetence is of little importance, as the consequence is that staff face frustrated customers whom they cannot assist, they give up caring, because they cannot contribute anything to the solution of the problem. I still believe that membership cards that indicate disability problems should be issued so that the system can identify disable patrons when they book on line and allocate accordingly.
