Online Booking Confirmation not picked up on syste

We booked 3 seats to watch \'Vir Altyd\" at the Irene Village Mall on 14/2/2015 for 14:45.Upon arrival we entered the booking reference on the Self Service kiosk but requested assistance from staff as the system could not trace the reference number.The staff also tried numerous times to retrieve the booking but to no avail and made a call to allow us entry based on the fact that we had a booking confirmation,We highlighted that the booking confirmation had Cinema 2 whilst the movie was actually being shown from Cinema 5 which had totally different seating arrangements.At this point the staff were very baffled and said that we should sit in any available seats.We opted to sit in seats closest matching to our booking confirmation but had to move once the actual ticket holders of those seats claimed their seats.We then moved down one row as the movie already started but again had to move when the tickets holders came to claim their seats.To avoid further embarrassment and disruption we had to sit on the stairs in the side aisle,which was very uncomfortable considering we paid full price for decent seats.I find the lack of resolve from the staff unacceptable."
