Online and App services are UNUSABLE! And response even worse!

<p>On Ster-Kinekor's website you can currently book tickets only for Cinema's in three South African provinces: Gauteng, KZN, and the Western Cape.</p> <p>Trying to book is however a very unintuitive experience - I barely managed to get a booking done two weeks ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the iOS app: you can book tickets for a total of 2 Cinemas in the ENTIRE South Africa (Mall of Africa in Gauteng and Matlosana in Noth West Province) That's it. No other cinema in South Africa is visible in the app.</p> <p> </p> <p>What's more, I've logged another complaint on Hello Peter re Ster-Kinekor, and after 5 working days this is the entire response I received:</p> <p><em>"Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to address you Query. EVER. That's why, until Ster-Kinekor can resolve this - I'll be watching movies at Nu Metro (even though I loathe Nu Metro...)</p>
