one person working at refreshments during peak tim

We took our 5 year old son to watch The Little Prince at your Shelly Centre branch, what a nightmare!!<br> We arrived an hour and a half early booked tickets, then stood in the refreshment queue for more than an hour, the movie had already started when we eventually got into our seats. A lady behind us tried calling the manager on his cell phone (the number is displayed at front desk), manager did not answer. Another person in front of us knocked on the door and the manager just ignored him and then said more people were coming to help out at the refreshment desk - nobody arrived! It is peak holiday season people, every till should be open and staff should be available. Throughout the movie people were still coming in due to the long refreshment lines and there was only 1 person working. Many people left their seats numerous times to go and see where their spouses were at the children were waiting for their popcorn and cooldrinks. It was my worst experience EVER! WE will NEVER support you again and shelly centre as this is not the first time this has happened. Every school holiday we go stay at Port Shepstone and every holiday we take out kid to watch a movie on a rainy day
