One Month Later & Still Awaiting REFUND!!!!!

Its been more than a month since I reported that I did not receive my refund for an online booking which was not successful. I have contacted Sterkinekor and been advised that the fault was on the side of the bank. I contacted the bank and they require proof that funds where refunded to them before they can refund my bank account. I have asked 3 times for proof however I have not received any feedback. I am getting the run around. IS IT THE BANK OR IS IT STER KINEKOR. I believe that the fault lies with Ster-Kinekor as they are unable to provide proof of the refund to the bank. I would like this to be resolved immediately. As I had advised it has been more than month I am still waiting!!!<br> <br> If the supplier could contact me to resolve this.
