One chair for two people

First got there on Saturday excited to watch fifty shades of Grey. Waiting in the line and I understand it was so busy after waiting an hour I was about fifth in the line and happy that another cubicle was being opened to assist all of us just to my suprise he assisted all his friends from the back instead of assisting from the front. When that was not enough i Proceeded to Cenima Three, after fifteen minutes watching the movie the lights was still on, Screen not fully displayed and to top that 1 chair was occupied next to me by two people sitting on each other. I believe the movie's age restriction was 16 however i swear there was a twelve year old sitting sitting two seats away from me... i am truly disgusted . The five of us will think twice before visting Mall @Carnival again .
