Once again Ster - Kinekor has atrocious service

Went to movies on the 04/01/2015 12pm movie.. <br> Gateway has +-12 tellers to serve pop corn (etc) only 4 was open. <br> waiting time in each que was over 30mins <br> Heard dozens of people complaining<br> Finally another counter serving only the new combo opened. <br> stood in that que for 10 minutes only to be told that they do not accept cards, although there was a card machine on the \till point"<br> After a few minute of aggravation teller swiped my card using the very machine that she said was not working<br> then waited another 5-10 minutes for my drinks to come from the main tellers.<br> Then my ster kinekor card was not swiped for the points.<br> Then stood another 10 minutes waiting for spices to be refilled"
