officially lost me as a customer

After the terrible experience i had at the IMAX at eastgate, i reported the incident here on Hello Peter, i noticed that all other reports get a response, except mine. So i decided to watch the Divergent movie at Nu Metro, what a pleasant experience, i will not be visiting your cinemas ever again. Oh BTW Nu Metro is Upgrade the Hyde Park Cinema.... watch this space. thank your ignoring me and than you for introducing me to your competition.
