Offering a service that is not available

I had booked a pre screening for a movie at cradlestone prestige cinema and was very disappointed when I phoned in advance to book platter after paying R220 for the tickets and the manager tells me that the catering company is closed due to renovations and they were not serving platters, the cinema was closed as well and is only opened today he said!! So if you open the cinema shouldn't all the services offered with the ridiculous price of a movie ticket be offered as well? This is absolutely terrible service from ster kinekor!!!
