Nothing Prestige about Prestige at Ster-Kinekor The Zone Rosebank

Went to watch Captain Marvel - let me start by saying that i will never watch another movie at prestige Rosebank again, unless something is done.

to Start off with the wait for my Large Combo was unacceptable and i didn't even get a holder just all my items was server to me loose.

I was allocated seat C5 - to my complete disappointment the seat right arm rest was, what seemed to be missing cushion, almost seemed like it had a large whole, as I could not rest my hand comfortably on it, the right half of the seat itself was also broke and i would have had to watch the entire movie leaning a little to one side which would not have been great. Luckily there was another empty seat in the cinema and i simply moved myself which was better but not great, you may think this would have been the end of the troubles but it wasn't. I though it was just me but the movie screen quality was not that great either there were stages whereby i couldn't even make out the actors faces clearly, and after the movie a friend confirmed experience, his also said that the screen was too dark, and being the fan he is he has already booked to go watch the movie again AT Some OTHER MOVIE house.

Overall a terrible experience and nothing prestige about it. Will never again visit the Zone rosebank cinema Prestige until an upgrade is done. Sure with the prices we pay for movie tickets you think the up keep would be a little better. Do not recommend anyone go there

Please Ster-Kinekor upgrade is needed.
