not wanting to refund me after I cancelled my orde

On the 3/01/16 I went to sterland ster-kinikor to watch a move, I ordered some refreshments to go with it..the movie was starting a bit later...I came back n asked the manager that I would like to cancel my refreshement order however she refused.. she told me that they do not refund money for refreshment even thou it was not written on till slip or anywhere around the theatre. What I know with regards to CPA you need to have everything in writing and what she told me was not...I asked her why is it not in writing n she said \oh well we still don't refund for refreshment"..I still have the slip to prove that really I was no longer interested in the movie. I would really love to have a refund on my money."""
