Not Paying Back Money

On 13th February 2016 me and my boyfriend went to watch a movie at Ster Kinekor at the Grove mall at the Prestige Cinema. When we went to get popcorn, food and beverages we paid with a card at the card facilities. the transaction went thru twice and they told us that it will be reversed in 48 hours after. We showed them the sms on my celphone and they said it is fine in 48 hours the money will be back in my account. then we paid cash and left for the movie. I went back there twice this week with bank statements with proof that the transaction did not reverse and till today the money is not back in my account.
