Not impressed anymore

I am disappointed with Ster Kinekor. The software update on the self help service does not allow you anymore to check your total points on your SK membership card. Also we have found out that after an x amount of time passes 200 points expire. This means that SK forces you to go to the movies more than you maybe want so that you can get the "free tickets" they eagerly promote. The lady who checked my total points for me on the service tonight also forgot to swipe our membership cards when we paid for 2 tickets of fast and furious. It is much better to just get an Edgars Club card for the cheap tickets because the SK membership is useless. Ster Kinekor haven't had any interesting specials for SK members since forever. Then I am not even mentioning the staff members using the disabled bathrooms at Klerksdorp and at Potch we had music with swear word playing before the trailers started and when I askek the lady manager at potch she did not even knew you can't check your SK points on the system. I have been going to Ster Kinekor since the days of VIP platinum SK cards and NEVER have i felt once VIP was worth it. Ster Kinekor I have lost my respect for what you have become. I suggest you stop the expiring SK membership points BS, make your R30 plus astros cheaper and start making movies half price on more than one day a week. No wonder people download pirated movies.
