not honoring Birthday Tickets

Am on Ster kinekor Club (blue card), and am used to the fact that on my Birthday, I received a Birthday ticket, this past 2 weeks, I tried to check if my Free ticket is loaded, I checked on my Birthday, as well on subsequent days and it WASNT loaded, I checked and checked but nothing was loaded, I took this issue up with Ster kinekor on Email, and was told quite bluntly that Regarding your query, a birthday voucher needs to be redeemed on the day of your birthday, surely there are times like now when its not loaded on the subsequent days? and how many people know about this rule change, as last year it was valid for a year. I am not happy with this rule change, and am not happy I could not redeem my Ticket on my Birthday or on the days following my Birthday, as It never got loaded correctly. also through my interactions, I understood my Date of Birth wasn't captured correctly by Ster kinekors staff, again causing issues in redeeming my free ticket.
