not enough staff. dirty seats. long queues

on a long weekend as well as school holidays it is common sense to expect large volumes of people. on Saturday at 2pm i was surprised 2 see a long queue all the way t ciao baby of people waiting 2 buy popcornour show started in 10 minutes and we mustv stood for 15 to 20mins. only 2 yes TWO cashiers were at the till. slowly 1 more appearedthen miraculously 1 more. even at 4 cashiers the lines were now overflowing and the people behind the tills were not working quickly. <br> <br> once in the cinema we had already entered when the show started due to waiting outside. we were disgusted 2 find the seats were not cleaned and was full of popcorn we had to do it.<br> there was no supervisor in sight. no one tried to assist the queues. you guys need to up your game and handle busy weekends better. <br>
