not being reimbursed for double debiting the credi

we booked tickets online and they double debited our credit card for the tickets online. they have acknowledged that is their error but never reimbursed us for the tickets. this has been over a month and I have been struggling to get them to reimburse us for the tickets<br> <br> <br>
