Not allowing free (as advertised) Vitality card activation

<p>My wife and kids have recently joined my medical aid and I have thus tried to activate the Vitality movie benefit online (as this is free compared to paying when activating in a physical Ster-Kinekor).</p> <p>The Ster-Kinekor website keeps failing when I try to register online (been doing this of over a month now).</p> <p>No one in the branch was able to help me and they asked me to mail head office. All head office could tell me was that it is not available as yet...</p> <p>Why has this been advertised for so long now if this is not available? Not acceptable!!</p>
