Nonsensical service

At all times there's always a delay at the Sterkenikor gateway. I was in the que to buy snax for more than 20 minute and this is always the case. And the worse thing is that they're the biggest in Durban but their service is nonsense. When I go to musgrave no matter how long the que is they're always fast. At the self service there's always fault and at the cashiers there's always a problems this is unacceptable This needs to be dealt with fast cause we can't be getting this mediocrity service at all times.
