No wonder your movie houses are always empty!

PG 13 is not an age restriction but a warning / caution for Parents to be aware. We were treated with the greatest of disrespect yesterday at the Barbie Movie. The Ster Kinekor employee said she had the authority to decide what child under the age of 13 can watch Barbie. When asked for the company's SOP on the matter we were dismissed and told we better get our refund before the movie starts. The cashier was even worse in her manners, literally throwing our belongings to off the counter.|She then refused to give me the two credit note slips and insisted they were hers. I took the slips and walked out only to be followed at least 10 stores down by two screaming employees that she would lose her job if I had the credit slips. What was really frustrating is they have a consent sheet at the entrance. The first entry was a parent allowed to take in a 7 and 8 year old in yesterday morning.
