No Vegetarian items available and no response

We went to The Grove Prestige over the december holiday. the choice was made to spend the R240 for 2 tickets because they had vegetarian options available according to their site.<br> <br> we only found out at the cinema that the items are no longer available even though the menu at the cinema had the items. there were NO vegetarian options. coffee does not count as vegetarian<br> <br> i have now attempted to get a response from their automated terminal in the cinema (there is a contact me button). i have not attempted to get a response via the web site and email and all i receive is \we will get back to you within one business day\"... well even in Africa time, it still means one business day... not 2+ months"
