No Stock at cinema prestige

My first experience with Cinema Prestige was unbelievable.(at the grove) I decided that I will never go to see a movie at a normal cinema again. Lately I was not impressed with the last 4 times. There were not all flavours for slush puppy. When I received my slush puppy, I found just flavoured water, without ice. There were no coffee available as advertised in menu. There were no stock for popcorn buckets. And were 2 slices of cake left. I just feel that when I pay double my ticket price, I expect to get a little more luxury. I will not again purchase a prestige ticket or encourage anyone to do so. If The Grove keeps this level of service at the prestige area, they will definitely have to close that part.
