I went to the movies Monday night. We payed a lot of money to see Insurgent in 3 D. We stood in the popcorn line about i hour. When we reached the front, there were only 2 choices of coldrinks left, no sweets for the combo's, and no diet coldrink. I am a diabetic, and can only drink coke zero and you did not have. There were also no ice, and no popcorn. The person that helped just disappeared for 15 minutes returning with a big plastic bag full of popcorn. Your water was hot, and still cost me R17 for a 500ml!! To top it all off, the aircon in cinema 8 was not working. It was the worst movie experience I ever had. I was late, and unsatisfied with what I had to pay. <br> <br> One of my friends told me she and her family went to the movies Wednesday night, and you guys literally did not have coldrinks. You only had 3 X kiddies juices and literally no sweets. <br> <br> I will NEVER visit any ster kinekor again after this experience. You are sooo expensive, and the worst service ever. I would pay all of that money for a good experience, but it was so so bad. What's your plans with the movie? You are shaming Brooklyn Mall.
