No staff at movie house.

On website show is available to book online. At movie house show not showing? There is no staff at movie house to assist. Also phone goes to voicemail. How can bussinees be open but no staff on duty. Also want to join Sk club but no staff. Sterkinekor customer service refers me back to movie house to speak to staff. There is no staff?!!
