No show aired, no aircon, no service at all!!!

Took the kids to watch a movie this morning.We pre booked days before the show.The movies were still closed at 8:45 am.We went and had coffee till movies opened. When we arrived at the movies and ster kinekor staff finally started their work day after the show was meant to start the lady behind the kiosk counter didn't look pleased at all to be serving us and couldn't be bothered to show eye contact when asked whether I could swop out a cold drink for a water or iced tea. Anyway, ladies still cleaning cinema at 9:10 am.The movie started late we thought, but sign of inactivity completely until 9:20 am I went to look for the manager to ask what's up? He then apologized to the guests that the projector wasn't working but that it should be up and running in max 10 mins. Shame at 9:40 am he advised us that there would not be a show at all. That made our two kids sad too. (Admittedly I was mad and so hot under the collar as the air con wasn't working and from my earlier coffee I felt like I was having hot flushes).A mouse running behind the curtain freaked me out completely!!!No show, no service, no air con, no pest control maybe?Cant watch movie again as vitality cards already swiped!
