No SHOW !

We went to watch the Ballade vir 'n enkeling premiere at Brooklyn. We could only take our seats 5 minutes after the movie was supposed to start.<br> 10 minutes later we were told the projector is cooling down from the previous show (What?) & the movie will start in about 10 minutes.<br> Needless to say, the movie never started, we walked out of the cinema an hour after the movie was supposed to start.<br> NO employees kept us up date, we were left in the dark and had to chase down the staff for answers.<br> There was NO manager present to whom we could speak. (I was told they went for training)<br> We did get a refund for our tickets. No refund for the booking fee. No refund for our popcorn, drinks and snacks.
