No response on query logged on 1 NOVEMBER 2017 already and still no satisfying response!

I had a query with Ster Kinekor, with an occurrence that was unacceptable. I received a reference: Case Number: CAS-109771-J1K1R8 which they responded to, but with an insuffient subsequent response.

I have STILL not received a response to the last mail I sent and am extremely disappointed! I don't feel like supporting you ever again!
