No response for cancelation of subscription

Ster-Kinekor Case CAS-227489-H7R2T4 STK:***

I emailed Ster Kinekor to cancel my movie subscription as I had been billed twice for February and have not used my subscription in March.

I received a response from Ster Kinekor asking me why I want to cancel. I had explained why and also mentioned that losing R500 over two months is not something I can afford right now.

I have received no response and was billed for March.
