No refund possible.

Hi<br> <br> I booked online for movies - ***.<br> <br> Greenstone had load shedding. We could not watch the movie. I spent 30 minutes waiting for a manager to arrange a refund.<br> <br> The manager, who was not exactly friendly, advised I must contact your offices as they have nothing to do with online bookings.<br> <br> I tried to contact your office. The number on your printout ***9 DOESNT EXIST!!!!<br> <br> This morning, I have tried your 0861 number 3 times and been disconnected.<br> <br> Please advise how I must get my refund if you don't answer calls and your branch manager refuses to help me.<br> <br>
