NO REFUND FROM STER KINEKOR

On the 31st May I made an online booking and payment via debit card on the Ster Kinekor website. My banking app prompted me for a one time pin and after proceeding with the OTP, the transaction was declined and rejected on the STER KINEKOR site HOWEVER, the funds were taken off my bank account successfully. I called Ster Kinekor immediately and I was told they had server issues and that my bank needs to confirm where the funds are. As absurd as that sounded, I did call my bank and they did a full investigation and found that because my OTP was put in, the online payment was successful and did go to the vendor being Ster Kinekor so the funds must either be released OR refunded to me by Ster Kinelor if they say the online booking was cancelled due to their server issues.

I made numerous calls to them and all they do is pass the call from department to department. Lady by the name of Naledi ensured me that a refund should and will be done and I will either get a call within 48 hours or the refund in 7 working days, it is now over a week and NO feedback whatsoever.

They have terrible service and I always think twice when using their pathetic site to do online bookings.

Be very careful of their site as they take your money, reject your booking and refuse to get back to you or refund you within specified time as promised.
