No refund for online booking

<p>I booked 3 tickets online for my kids at the Cresta Ster Kinekor.</p> <p>Due to a car problem (it wont start), I am unable to make it in time to take ythem and went online to see where I could cancel the tickets. This is now half an hour before the movie starts.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not find anything and then phoned Ster Kinekor help desk who informed me that I could not cancel if I booked online. To me R228 is a lot of money to waste and this was supposed to be a birthday treat for my son who turned 15 yesterday.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I need is to change to the later time. Somebody please help me!</p> <p> </p>
