No refund!!!!
I tried booking tickets for the Avengers Endgame movie on 2nd April 2019. Money went off my account twice but the tickets did not get booked. I called customer care and they asked that I email, which I did. I got a reply asking for my contact number and they will call me and process the refund. It is more than a week later and still I have not received any response! The amount taken off my account is a large amount and I am highly irritated! I want to be contacted urgently and I want the money that was taken from me urgently.
This is highly unacceptable!
