No Refund

I booked movie tickets online on the 11/02/2015 to go and watch 50 shades of grey at the South gate ster kenikor on the 14/02/2015. On the day of the movie the cinema was loadshedding and we were asked to rebook , all cinema's were fully booked and I was given the number for ticket line to claim for the refund. I called ticket line on the 16/02/2015 to log my claim and was informed that a manual refund will be done that will take +- 7 working days, up until today my money has still not been refunded and its been over a month! every week I call ticketline im advised that the refund will happen by Friday and im still waiting. I called last week to complain to a manager and was referred to Zoleka, who promised to return my call before the COB this was on the 25/03/2015 and still she didn't return my call, when I called ticket line this morning I was told the the supervisors only start work at 3 oclock. <br> <br> my online booking reference no is Your Online Booking reference number is: [***6]
