No refund

I bought 3 tickets online but chose the wrong date so when I got to the cinema I had to buy an extra 3 tickets. I tried to cancel the tickets but had no luck in doing so. I spoke to Vigi Naidoo ( assistant manager)from Ster-kinekor whom was very rude and said their policy is no refunds. You lost a customer for life
