no popcorn for my kid!

My son wanted to watch spongebob squarepants and wanted popcorn and cooldrink. When we arrived there was an endlessly long queue and from 11h10 till when the movie started at 11h30 we were not served. I enquired about the whereabouts of the manager but she was too busy counting money. My son had to watch the movie alone without me as i had to remain in the queue. This is pathetic. No apologies when she eventually came out. Just excuses. I literally go to a ster kinekor at least thrice per month. I cant sufficiently express my disappointment.
