No people skills with terrible attitude towards cu

We came to the cinema like we always do with our children. We have been coming to this cinema for a very long time as we enjoy it here rather then going anywhere else. We wanted to watch the movie Fast7 as we been promising our little ones we will be taking them to watch it as they have seen the other releases of the fast movies. Unfortunately one of the staff (Gonse Mphasana)advised that we cant go in with the children because of the PG13 age restriction being upset we wanted to see a manager. Big mistake as Mandla Cebekhulu came out with a very arrogant, rude and unprofessional manner just advising us that there is nothing he can do... even though we advised him we've been coming here more 10years he couldnt care less making hand gestures and sarcastic remarks. Not even a suggestion of an alternative just to make his customers or for that matter just satisfying the children. The staff member Gontse if you ask me should be the manager as he has way better people skills. Mandla even looked like he wanted to fight. Im really disgusted and as loyal VIP cardholders of Ster Kinekor i feel that we should just move over to Numetro thats how much the service sucked!
