No Oscar for Ster-Kinekor

I won a competition with Ster-Kinekor, and upon contacting them to find out more details they couldn't be reached.

A month later they delivered something completely wrong (size-wise).

Have queried it with their Head Office, and no-one has rep**** to my message.

Everytime I ask on social media for assistance, they give you the following email address: ***, but no-one responds to any emails.

As of late, the social media assistant responsible for Twitter doesn't respond to queries either.

This is not the Ster-Kinekor I remember.
