No Order & Complete disappointment

Like most women out there, yesterday would have been an exciting day for us all as we geared up to meet \Mr Grey". Having booked our tickets for the infamous Girlfriends Getaway way in advance with great excitement we get to Rosebank Mall. The movie starts and there is huge commotion going on in the row in front of me due to seating problem.... So do I watch the movie or these people fighting over the seat? This resulted in us missing the first 10-15 mins of the movie... Very unprofessional and this was indeed a Ster Kinekor error.
