No one responds on complaint

I was making a booking online for myself and friends to book 4 tickets to go and watch fast and furious at the Bedford view center on the 3rd of April 2015 20:00 i have tried numerous times to book and it kicks me off the whole time i have also laid in numerous complaints and no one has got back to me very unprofessional !
