NO MOVIES AT THEATER - NO BACK UP GENERATOR?

Went to movies with my family on Saturday, which is an expensive day out. <br> About 15min into the movie, we were left in the dark because of loadshedding. I'm not blaming Ster-Kenikor for the blackout, as we have a useless infrastructure known as eskom (notice small letter eskom), but i'm blaming them for not having back-up generators at the theaters!!!!<br> We pay expensive for the movies, then the snacks are nearly double the usual price and the service is not up to scratch.<br> So we were left in the dark, and guided out by ourselves, not even those emergency lights were working?? We got outside and the staff were signing the tickets to go back another day. I approached the manageress on duty to ask what about the snacks and the parking?<br> She said she cant do anything about that, why I ask, she said she cant. So i made her aware that i was going to escalate the matter with Ster-Kenikor and possibly here on HelloPeter. She said I must do what I think I should.<br> When I got home i sent Ster-Kenikor a message on Facebook, they rep**** shortly after asking for my contact details, I sent it through to them. One full working week later I haven't received any feedback or any response from them!!!!
