No movie. No response.

I went to the Imax in Cape Gate and for some reason the screen flap lifted and the movie stopped. After a few attempts at fixing it, the movie was shown on the screen, without having been paused - yes, the good part without the build up. It was a complete waste, having driven 40km to get there from the southern suburbs. I tweeted about it and they requested my details about a month ago but still nothing. I don't know who is in charge of complaints/social media but it sure just seems like one big act. I haven't been back yet. But what's one customer, right?
