No movie, no explanation, no refund

Bought tickets for Fast and Furious movie on 2015-04-01, the 17:00 show.<br> Took seats and at 18:00 the movie still didn't start.<br> Angry fully packed cine movie goers excited the cine. We also went out. Found people talking to female employee who first told us the manager isn't there...after a while it came out she is the manager then she addressed us. The movie wasn't on the system and won't be showing. No refund but she will sign her initial on tickets and we can watch movie at later stage.<br> Why sell tickets if they know the movie won't be showing?<br> Why leave us sitting like idiots in the cine without anyone explaining to us the situation?<br> Why no refund? Money wasted on tickets and snacks.<br> Why lie about not being the manager?<br> Movie is booked when will we get another chance again before the weekend?<br> <br>
