No manners at all

My Friends and I had tickets to see a film at the I-max at The Grove, Pretoria. When we arrived we realised we had forgot the tickets in another car and it was too late to return, so we realised that we most likely just lost the money. Since we had bought some of the tickets with medical aid vouchers, we thought to ask whether it was possible if our details could be seen on a system of sorts as proof of purchase as a possibility not to lose the money we had spent on other tickets. Note: We didn't ask for free entry or make a fuss, we politely inquired whether this was a possibility, as any normal person would, since tickets are quite expensive. We fully realised it was our own fault and most of the staff we spoke to kindly tried to assist us. That was until we spoke to the manageress, who was likely one of the rudest, most petulant and dismissive people I've ever met. She didn't express any form of civility beyond her crude sentences she threw at us without even making eye contact, walking away as if we had asked her to move a mountain. Appalling attitude, one that is unfortunately on the increase in SA business and one that I will resist to the same degree as I encounter it
