NO KNOWLEDGE ON WHAT YOUR JOB TITLE IS

I took my family to the southgate branch to watch a PG13 movie and to our surprise we were turned back as my kids are under the age of 13 and my question is does the staff know what PG means? I feel that I was was embarrassed by the incompetantcy of the staff turning us away as my son was looking forward to watching this movie and then being embarrased by turning us away. No manager was on sight and apparently they following rules but my sons cousin watched the same movie earier at the same branch and they were simply not turned away. I would not recommened anyone or refer to southgate ster kinikor as they are simply useless and don't even know there own products and neither know what PG (parental guidence) means.
