No follow up call from Kim

In response to my complaint of 22 March 2015. Nobody had called me from Tygervalley Ster Kinekor, so I logged another complaint. On 4 April Kim called me, but it was during working hours and I cannot take personal calls, so I asked that she call me back after 5pm when I'm at home. Kim said that she may not be able to call me at 5pm, but someone else would - well I am still waiting for someone else to call. I really cannot believe the service from Ster Kinekor, or should I say lack of service - now I see that their customers MEAN NOTHING TO THEM.
